The Allegany County Animal Shelter is located in Cumberland, Maryland and is the only no-kill shelter in the state of Maryland.  We care for an average of 1,800 homeless pets each year!

ABOUT DEBORAH HICKS ODGERS

Deborah Hicks Odgers (painting as D. Hicks) paints large-scale oil and mixed media paintings in brilliant color.
