In June 2016, AthFest Educates unveiled the "Birdsong" mural by David Hale. The mural celebrated the 20th Anniversary of the AthFest Music & Arts Festival and included 20 panels of song birds from Georgia.

In collaboration with David Hale, AthFest Educates, the nonprofit that produces the AthFest Music & Arts Festival, has removed the panels from the "Birdsong" mural to make way for a new David Hale mural that will celebrate 25 years of AthFest.

The original 20 panels have been refurbished by David Hale and are available here for auction. Proceeds from the sale of the panels will be shared between AthFest Educates and David Hale.

AthFest Educates advances high-quality music and arts education for local youth and the Athens community through direct support of school and community-based programs and events, including an annual music and arts festival.
